§ 1 Organizer of the competition

2. The information provided will be used to run the competition. Furthermore, Ecom Brands GmbH uses the data exclusively for its own marketing purposes. The data will not be passed on to third parties for other purposes (e.g. third-party marketing purposes). All questions, comments or complaints about the competition can only be sent by email to support@johnny-urban.de or via the Contact Form to address to us.
§2 Participation in the competition
1. To take part in the competition, a product must be rated in the Johnny Urban online shop. For the evaluation, either the button in the evaluation request mail can be clicked after purchase or the product can be evaluated directly on its product page. The product to be rated does not have to be purchased in the online shop. The time of the order is irrelevant for the evaluation, provided the product is still available in the Johnny Urban online shop. A product rating can be given for each item purchased. The more articles are rated, the higher the chances of winning. In order to be able to write a review, customers must be registered in the Johnny Urban online shop with a valid email address.
Participation is only successful if the steps mentioned are met.
2. Participation in the competition is possible at any time. All reviews submitted and successfully published from the first to the last calendar day of a month take part in the competition. The two winners will be determined at the end of each month and will be contacted at the latest by the 05th of the following month at the email address given in the evaluation.
3. The two monthly winners will receive a Johnny Urban gift voucher worth € 50.
The winners will be drawn at random by a Johnny Urban jury. The winners will be notified by e-mail to the e-mail address given during the evaluation. The winner has seven working days to report back by email. The Johnny Urban gift voucher will be sent to the email address provided. The prize is forfeited if the prize cannot be transmitted after the first notification for reasons for which the participant is responsible. The participant is responsible for the correctness and up-to-dateness of the given data.
The Johnny Urban gift voucher can be used as a means of payment in the Johnny Urban online shop. The gift voucher can only be redeemed within the EU. The voucher is valid for 36 months.
Persons who are under 18 years of age at the time of their participation or who are not of legal age at their respective place of residence are not eligible to participate in the competition. Furthermore, legal representatives and employees of Ecom Brands GmbH as well as their relatives are excluded from participation.
§3 Exclusion from participation
Ecom Brands GmbH is entitled to exclude participants from participating in the competition without prior notice if they do not meet the requirements specified in §2 or manipulate the competition, in particular its participation process, or attempt to do so and / or culpably violate the rules of participation. In particular, the following manipulation attempts and violations justify exclusion: multiple participation under different e-mail addresses, registration via a provider whose business purpose is, among other things, the manipulation of competitions, participation via third parties (intermediaries, collective participation, etc.).
§4 termination of the competition
Ecom Brands reserves the right to cancel the competition in whole or in part (e.g. for certain prizes or special draws). This applies in particular if the competition cannot run as planned, for example in the event of computer viruses, errors in the software and / or hardware and / or for other technical reasons that result in a not only insignificant impairment. This also applies in the event that the implementation is not only negligibly impaired or excluded for legal reasons, as well as in the event of manipulations or attempts at manipulation that affect the administration, security, integrity and / or the regular and orderly implementation of the raffle.
§5 data processing in the competition
Ecom Brands GmbH collects and stores first names, surnames and the email address of the participants. The data will be used to determine the winner and notify the winner. Furthermore, Ecom Brands uses the data exclusively for its own marketing purposes. The data will not be passed on to third parties for other purposes (e.g. third-party marketing purposes). By participating, the participant agrees that the name given in the competition will be unique in connection with the competition on the Johnny Urban website and the social media channels used by Johnny Urban.
The data will only be used in accordance with Privacy Policy processed by Ecom Brands GmbH.
§6 disclaimer
Any liability for damages by Ecom Brands GmbH, employees and vicarious agents from or in connection with the Competition, regardless of the legal reason, is, as far as legally permissible, limited to cases of willful intent or gross negligence.
§7 Applicable Law
On all legal relationships from or in connection with these conditions of participation and Privacy Policy the law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies exclusively.
